Job Description

The Senior IT Project Manager / Program Manager will lead IT and digital projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies. The role requires strong experience in project/program delivery, Agile facilitation, stakeholder management, and coordination with cross-functional business and technical teams.

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of IT, digital, and technology projects

Manage scope, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, budget, and deliverables

Facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, governance meetings, and stakeholder alignment

Coordinate with business users, technical teams, vendors, and leadership stakeholders

Prepare project plans, status reports, dashboards, workflows, and delivery updates

Remove project impediments and drive timely completion of deliverables

Support Agile culture, continuous improvement, innovation, and customer-focused delivery

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management, or related course

PMP or CSM certification is a plus

Experience within a PMO environment is a plus

Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills

Ability to manage priorities, influence change, and work effectively with technical and non-technical teams

Experience creating or working with wireframes, prototypes, data flow diagrams, and workflows

Knowledge in data analytics, budget development, and budget monitoring

Customer-focused, innovative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment

Proficient in collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office 365

Must Have:

At least 8 years of experience in IT Project or Program Management using Waterfall and Agile methodologies

At least 4 years of leadership experience

Experience managing projects of varying sizes and complexities

Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid delivery, PMO governance, and project/program/portfolio management

Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, workshops, and cross-functional team alignment

Working knowledge of API structures, mobile/web applications, SQL, cloud technologies such as Azure or AWS, full-stack technologies such as Java with Angular or React, and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau

Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or other project/product management tools
