The Business Process Analyst will drive process improvement initiatives while supporting business analysis activities.
Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements
Analyze and document current (As-Is) and future (To-Be) processes
Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and recommend improvements or automation
Develop process maps, workflows, SOPs, and supporting documentation
Analyze data and generate reports to support business decisions
Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and IT teams
Support or participate in UAT activities and system-related initiatives
Conduct process workshops and facilitate alignment across teams
Support implementation and rollout of process improvements
Provide training and ensure adoption of new or enhanced processes
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field
Experience in operations, transformation, or process improvement initiatives
Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
Proactive and takes ownership of deliverables
Able to work in structured, governance-driven environments
High level of professionalism and integrity
Willing to work onsite
Must Have:
At least 3 years of experience in business process analysis
Experience in requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation
Strong background in process mapping (As-Is / To-Be), gap analysis, and improvement
Experience in data analysis and reporting (Excel or equivalent tools)
Exposure to software development projects, UAT, or working with IT teams
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
