We are looking for a Performance Tester to join our QA pod, ensuring applications meet performance, scalability, and stability requirements under real-world load. You will collaborate with QA Leads, Manual Testers, Automation Engineers, and API Testers to identify bottlenecks and ensure reliable releases.
Responsibilities:
Scripting & Execution: Develop and execute performance test scripts using tools such as JMeter, k6, Gatling, or LoadRunner.
Analysis & Reporting: Identify performance bottlenecks using monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace, or Datadog, and provide findings and recommendations.
Continuous Improvement: Integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines, validate fixes, track performance trends, and contribute to QA standards.
Agile Collaboration: Work with cross-functional QA and development teams and participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and the SDLC.
Preferred: Experience with APM tools, cloud platforms, Docker/Kubernetes, and microservices.
Advantage: ISTQB Performance Testing certification.
Must Have:
3–5 years of software testing experience, with at least 2 years in performance testing.
Hands-on experience with JMeter, k6, Gatling, or LoadRunner.
Scripting skills in Java, JavaScript, Python, Groovy, or Scala.
Knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS, REST APIs, SQL, and performance metrics.
Experience with load, stress, and scalability testing.
