The RPA Project Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of RPA/Automation projects, ensuring initiatives are completed within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards. This role requires experience in automation delivery, requirements gathering, process documentation, development coordination, testing, deployment, and transition to support. The PM will work closely with business stakeholders, RPA developers, QA, support teams, vendors, and client stakeholders to manage project execution, risks, issues, reporting, governance, and handover.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of RPA/Automation projects from planning to deployment and closure
Manage project scope, timeline, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
Coordinate requirements gathering, process documentation, automation assessment, development, testing, and handover
Work closely with business stakeholders, RPA developers, QA, support teams, vendors, and client stakeholders
Ensure project deliverables are completed within agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards
Provide regular project status updates, governance reports, and stakeholder communications
Apply Agile methodology, with flexibility to work in Waterfall or Hybrid delivery models when required
Ensure proper documentation, sign-offs, project closure, lessons learned, and transition to support teams
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
Strong documentation, reporting, project control, and governance skills
Experience in multinational, shared services, or client-facing environments is an advantage
Background in business analysis, process improvement, application delivery, or automation delivery is an advantage
Must be amenable to hybrid work setup and shifting schedule, including day, mid, or night shift depending on project requirements
Must Have:
3–7+ years of experience in IT Project Management, with experience managing RPA/Automation or digital transformation projects
Experience in requirements gathering, process documentation, automation assessment, development coordination, testing, deployment, and support transition
Strong understanding of the RPA/Automation delivery lifecycle, dependencies, risks, and project controls
Experience working with business stakeholders, RPA developers, QA, support teams, and client stakeholders
Familiarity with Agile methodology and project governance practices
Experience using PM or collaboration tools such as Jira, MS Project, Confluence, SharePoint, Excel, or similar tools
