The IT Project Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects of varying sizes and complexities, with focus on IT infrastructure implementation, SaaS/enterprise system implementation, cloud/platform migration, and Agile software development projects.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project delivery from planning, execution, implementation, and closure
Manage project scope, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, resources, and change requests
Drive delivery of IT infrastructure, cloud, SaaS, enterprise systems, and Agile software development projects
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and senior management
Prepare project plans, status reports, RAID logs, dashboards, and executive-level updates
Ensure proper project governance, documentation, approvals, compliance, and stakeholder alignment
Manage multiple workstreams, risks, blockers, escalations, and project dependencies
Support project handover, closure, lessons learned, and transition to operations or support teams
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field
Strong communication, leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and cross-functional teams under pressure
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Experience in cloud migration, platform modernization, ERP, CRM, ITSM, or enterprise application projects is an advantage
Experience working in financial institutions, fintech, banking, or regulated environments is an advantage
PMP, Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, or related certification is an advantage but not required
Experience managing vendors, service providers, or third-party implementation partners is an advantage
Must be able to clearly explain project scope, role, deliverables, risks managed, and business outcomes
Must Have:
5+ years of experience in IT Project Management
Proven experience managing projects of varying sizes and complexities
Experience managing cross-functional teams and working within a PMO environment
Experience in IT Infrastructure implementation such as Hybrid Cloud, Cloud, Core Network, or PaaS
Experience in SaaS or enterprise system implementation such as ERP, CRM, ITSM, SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, ManageEngine, FreshService, or similar platforms
Experience managing Agile software development projects
Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches
Strong experience in project governance, risk management, issue management, stakeholder management, and executive reporting
