We are looking for a Solution Analyst / Architect to drive solution design, requirements readiness, and delivery support across product delivery initiatives. The role will bridge business and technology teams to ensure successful implementation of customer, provisioning, billing, collections, and reporting solutions.
Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
Define solution designs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Support integration requirements, data mapping, and interface design.
Coordinate data migration, cutover planning, and deployment readiness activities.
Support SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and go-live preparations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure solution alignment.
Support operational readiness, hypercare activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in Solution Analysis, Solution Architecture, or related roles.
Experience in enterprise application delivery, digital transformation, or product implementation projects.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Must Have:
Experience in Solution Analysis, Solution Architecture, or Systems Analysis.
Strong knowledge of requirements gathering, process modeling, and solution design.
Experience with system integrations, APIs, and data migration activities.
Experience supporting SIT, UAT, deployment, and hypercare activities.
Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
