We are looking for a Business Process Analyst to drive process improvement initiatives, analyze business requirements, and optimize operational workflows. The role will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to enhance efficiency, support transformation projects, and ensure successful adoption of process changes.
Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Map and improve As-Is and To-Be business processes.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements or automation.
Develop process maps, workflows, SOPs, and documentation.
Analyze data and prepare reports to support decision-making.
Collaborate with business users, stakeholders, and IT teams.
Support UAT activities and process implementation initiatives.
Facilitate workshops, training, and change adoption activities.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in Business Analysis or Process Analysis.
Experience in operations, transformation, or process improvement projects.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Must Have:
Experience in business analysis and process improvement.
Strong skills in process mapping, gap analysis, and documentation.
Experience gathering and validating business requirements.
Knowledge of UAT and system implementation projects.
Strong data analysis, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
