We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to bridge business and technology teams by translating business requirements into functional and technical solutions. The role supports process improvement, requirements management, stakeholder engagement, and successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
Create user stories, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
Facilitate workshops and discussions with business and technical stakeholders.
Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and requirements prioritization.
Collaborate with development and architecture teams to ensure business needs are met.
Prepare project updates, reports, and stakeholder presentations.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
Experience working in Agile project environments.
Banking, fintech, or digital platform experience is an advantage.
Business Analysis certifications (ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, or equivalent) are a plus.
Must Have:
Strong experience in Business Analysis and requirements gathering.
Experience creating user stories, process maps, and functional documentation.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Understanding of digital products, applications, and business processes.
