We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead enterprise-wide testing, quality assurance, and test automation initiatives. The role is responsible for defining test strategy, managing test delivery, overseeing automation and release readiness, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities:
Define and govern test strategies, quality standards, and release quality gates.
Lead test planning and execution for functional, integration, system, UAT, regression, and performance testing.
Ensure test environment readiness, test data management, and release preparedness.
Drive test automation initiatives, CI/CD integration, and automation coverage improvements.
Facilitate UAT planning, execution, and business sign-off activities.
Manage defect lifecycle processes, including triage, prioritization, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, DevOps, Operations, and business stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.
Lead, mentor, and develop QA, Automation, and Performance Testing teams.
Manage testing vendors, resource planning, budgets, and delivery capacity.
Establish quality dashboards, KPIs, and reporting to drive continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 8 years of experience in Software Testing or Quality Assurance, with leadership experience in a Test Manager or similar role.
Experience leading testing activities for large-scale enterprise applications.
Automation testing experience is preferred; candidates with hands-on exposure through training or actual execution are welcome.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience working within Agile, DevOps, or hybrid delivery environments.
Must Have:
Strong experience leading Software Testing and Quality Assurance teams.
Experience managing Functional, Integration, UAT, Regression, and Performance Testing.
Knowledge of Test Automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
Experience with defect management, release governance, and quality gate reviews.
Strong stakeholder management and executive reporting skills.
Experience implementing risk-based testing and shift-left testing practices.
Proven leadership experience managing QA teams, vendors, and testing operations.
