We are looking for a QA Tester to ensure the quality, functionality, and reliability of software applications through comprehensive testing and validation. The role involves creating test plans, executing test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful system delivery.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate the standardization of QA methodologies.
Build and modify test plans to be used for testing applications.
Test applications prior to production to ensure the application performs as expected.
Perform system integration testing.
Gather, analyze and document business requirements and functional specifications.
Execute manual testing based on test plan and report issues.
Verify resolved fixes from system.
Other related functions that may be assigned as needed
Job Requirements
Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any IT-related course
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must Have:
At least 3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Manual Testing.
Experience creating and executing test cases and test plans.
Strong knowledge of System Integration Testing (SIT) and defect management.
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile or similar software development environments is an advantage.
