The IT Project Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of software, application, or system development projects using Agile methodology, ensuring timely delivery, proper governance, and stakeholder alignment.
Responsibilities:
Manage projects from planning and requirements through development, testing, implementation, and closure.
Manage scope, timelines, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
Support Agile activities, including sprint planning, backlog management, testing, and release coordination.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and senior management.
Prepare project plans, RAID logs, status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
Ensure proper governance, documentation, approvals, handover, and project closure.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Must clearly explain project scope, ownership, deliverables, risks managed, and business outcomes.
Must Have:
At least 5 years of IT Project Management experience.
Proven experience managing software, application, or system development projects using Agile or Scrum.
Experience managing the complete project lifecycle and cross-functional teams.
Strong project governance, risk management, stakeholder management, and executive reporting experience.
Strong communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
