The IT Infrastructure Project Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure-related IT projects, ensuring projects are completed within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards. This role requires strong experience in IT Infrastructure projects such as cloud migration, server/system implementation, network upgrades, data center initiatives, security infrastructure, and technology service delivery. The PM will work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, PMO, vendors, and client representatives to manage project execution, risks, issues, dependencies, reporting, governance, and handover.
Responsibilities:
Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, including planning, execution, deployment, and handover
Manage project plans, timelines, scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
Drive delivery of infrastructure projects such as cloud, network, server, data center, security, and system implementation initiatives
Coordinate with Infrastructure, Network, Security, Systems, Service Delivery, Business, vendors, and client stakeholders
Manage multiple projects, stakeholders, escalations, and project communications
Provide regular status updates, reports, and governance updates
Ensure adherence to PMO standards, documentation, and delivery methodology
Apply Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid methodology depending on project needs
Ensure proper project closure, sign-off, lessons learned, and handover to support teams
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
Excellent communication, leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
Strong documentation, reporting, project control, and governance skills
Experience managing multiple projects, stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams simultaneously
Experience in multinational, shared services, or client-facing environments is an advantage
Background in infrastructure support, systems administration, service delivery, network, help desk, or IT operations is an advantage
Must be amenable to hybrid work setup and shifting schedule, including day, mid, or night shift
Must Have:
3–7+ years of experience in IT Project Management, with required experience in IT Infrastructure projects
Proven experience managing cloud, server, network, data center, security, system implementation, or technology service projects
Strong understanding of infrastructure delivery lifecycle, technical dependencies, implementation risks, and operational handover requirements
Experience working with infrastructure or technical teams such as Network, Systems, Cloud, Security, Service Desk, IT Operations, or Technology Services
Strong knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid project methodologies
Experience managing end-to-end infrastructure project delivery from planning to implementation, stabilization, handover, and closure
Strong skills in risk, issue, dependency, change request, and escalation management
Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, MS Project, Confluence, SharePoint, Excel, or similar tools
