We are looking for an experienced IT Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic technology and transformation initiatives. The role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives through effective planning, governance, stakeholder management, and risk control.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of technology and product roadmap initiatives.
Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and delivery governance.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including PMs, BAs, SAs, QA, vendors, and business stakeholders.
Track and manage dependencies, risks, issues, and escalations.
Drive change management, business readiness, and implementation activities.
Facilitate governance meetings, status reporting, and executive updates.
Ensure compliance with project management, audit, and documentation standards.
Monitor delivery performance and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
At least 7 years of experience in IT Project Management, Program Management, or Delivery Management.
Experience managing enterprise application delivery and transformation programs.
Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar certification is an advantage.
Must Have:
Strong experience in IT project, program, or delivery management.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
Experience in risk, issue, dependency, and stakeholder management.
Strong project governance, PMO, and reporting experience.
Experience leading large-scale technology, transformation, or digital initiatives.
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
