We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to bridge business and technology teams by gathering requirements, analyzing processes, supporting testing activities, and ensuring successful delivery of system enhancements and digital solutions.
Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Create detailed requirements, user stories, process flows, and wireframes.
Develop prototypes using Figma.
Collaborate with Project Managers, System Analysts, Developers, and stakeholders.
Prepare test scripts, execute system testing, and support UAT activities.
Manage defects, issues, and project documentation.
Update and track tasks using Azure DevOps.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
Experience creating requirements documents, wireframes, and test artifacts.
Ability to work closely with both business and technical teams.
Must Have:
Experience in business requirements gathering and analysis.
Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Experience in software testing and test case creation.
Proficiency in Azure DevOps and Figma.
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
