Join us as an HR Business Partner where you will manage client accounts, support consultant success, and drive workforce performance in a dynamic IT staff augmentation environment. As the trusted partner of consultants, business leaders, and clients, you will play a key role in ensuring the right talent is deployed, supported, developed, and positioned for success throughout the employee and project lifecycle. This role goes beyond traditional HR support. You will be responsible for end-to-end resource management, client and account partnership, consultant care, performance management support, contract coordination, chargeability and productivity monitoring, and resource deployment and redeployment. You will work closely with clients, business leaders, and internal teams to help ensure workforce visibility, account health, consultant retention, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the HR Business Partner and Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned consultants, client accounts, business leaders, and internal support teams.
Manage the end-to-end resource lifecycle, including onboarding coordination, project assignment support, deployment, redeployment, transitions, and offboarding coordination.
Partner with clients and business leaders to understand workforce requirements, resource movements, performance concerns, and account priorities.
Support account management by maintaining strong visibility of assigned consultants, client requirements, resource status, and workforce-related action items.
Drive consultant care through regular touchpoints, coaching conversations, performance discussions, career alignment, and timely support for consultant concerns.
Support performance management by facilitating feedback discussions, documenting performance-related concerns, and coordinating appropriate interventions in partnership with HR support teams as needed.
Coordinate contract-related activities such as project extensions, renewals, employment documentation, and other workforce records required for account continuity.
Monitor and help manage key workforce indicators such as chargeability, productivity, utilization, retention, project extensions, and redeployment opportunities.
Collaborate with Recruitment, Operations, HR Specialists, and Back Office teams to ensure timely resolution of workforce and client-related concerns.
Support change initiatives, process improvements, and workforce transitions that affect assigned consultants and client accounts.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or any Humanities or Business field
with at least 5 years of generalist HR experience
Must Have:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related Humanities or Business field.
At least 5 years of HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, Employee Relations, or Resource Management experience.
Strong knowledge of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, deployment, and offboarding.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills, with experience collaborating across business units and clients.
Experience in the IT staffing, outsourcing, consulting, or managed services industry is an advantage.
