We are looking for a SAP Application Support Analyst to provide application support, incident resolution, and system troubleshooting for SAP-based business applications.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and resolve application and SAP-related issues.
Manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets.
Perform root cause analysis and coordinate issue escalations.
Maintain support documentation and knowledge articles.
Monitor system performance and support continuous improvements.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 2 years of Application Support experience.
Experience supporting SAP applications and business processes.
Willing to work in a shifting schedule
Must Have:
Experience in SAP Application Support and Production Support.
Knowledge of Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
Experience with SAP transactions and master data processes.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
