We are looking for a Manual QA Analyst to ensure software quality through test planning, test execution, defect management, and release validation. The role will work closely with Business Analysts and Developers to deliver reliable business solutions.
Responsibilities:
Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Perform functional, integration, and regression testing.
Identify, track, and validate defects.
Maintain test documentation and requirements traceability.
Support UAT, release testing, and quality sign-offs.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
At least 3 years of QA or Software Testing experience.
Experience working in Agile or Waterfall environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Must Have:
Experience in Manual Testing and Quality Assurance.
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and SDLC.
Experience creating test cases, test scripts, and test plans.
Intermediate SQL skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
