We are looking for a QA/Test Analyst to ensure the quality, stability, and readiness of applications through effective test planning, execution, defect management, and release validation.
Responsibilities:
Develop test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
Execute SIT, UAT, regression, and functional testing activities.
Identify, track, and validate defects through resolution.
Support release readiness assessments and quality gate reviews.
Collaborate with Product, Development, DevOps, and business teams.
Support test automation initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
Prepare QA reports, test results, and risk assessments.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in QA, Testing, or a related role.
Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
Exposure to test automation tools is an advantage.
Must Have:
Experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
Knowledge of SIT, UAT, regression, and functional testing.
Experience with test case creation, execution, and defect management.
Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
