Job Description

The Product Owner will manage the assigned product stream, translate business needs into product requirements and user stories, prioritize the backlog, and work with Agile delivery teams to ensure successful implementation.

Responsibilities:

Define the vision, roadmap, and requirements for the assigned stream.

Create user stories and acceptance criteria and prioritize the product backlog.

Coordinate with business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, and vendors.

Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and product testing.

Manage delivery risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.

Review completed features and monitor product outcomes.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Strong communication, presentation, coordination, and decision-making skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and delivery dependencies.

Experience in fintech, banking, payments, telecommunications, or another regulated industry is an advantage.

Product Owner, Scrum, Agile, or related certification is an advantage but not required.

Must be amenable to the required work location and arrangement.

Must Have:

At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or in a similar digital product role.

Hands-on experience in Agile delivery, product backlog management, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Experience delivering digital platforms, enterprise systems, or data solutions.

Relevant experience in at least one assigned stream, such as CRM and AI-enabled solutions, device lifecycle and inventory management, omnichannel B2B ticketing, settlement, reconciliation, billing and dispute management, or data management, data quality, and governance.

Proven ability to manage requirements, prioritize features, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
