The Technical Lead will lead the design, development, and delivery of digital solutions using MongoDB, Express.js, React/React Native, and Node.js in an Azure environment. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on development experience, solution design expertise, and the ability to guide development teams in delivering secure, scalable, and high-performing applications.
Responsibilities:
Lead solution design and development across MERN-based applications.
Provide technical leadership, code review, and development oversight.
Drive application security, performance, scalability, and best practices.
Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver digital solutions.
Mentor developers and support CI/CD and cloud-native deployment initiatives.
Ensure implementation of authentication, authorization, and identity management standards.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Experience with APIs, microservices, cloud-native applications, and Agile delivery
Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices
Exposure to AI technologies or AI-assisted development
Must Have:
10+ years of commercial software development experience
3+ years of Technical Lead or Team Lead experience
Strong expertise in React, React Native, Node.js, MongoDB, and Azure
Proven experience in solution design and technical leadership
Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, CIAM, and Identity Providers (IdP)
Experience in application security and secure development practices
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
