Mentor Product Owner(s) and team members in agile mindset and frameworks, practices, and process

Work with Product Owner and team to learn and practice healthy backlog management and prioritization practices

Facilitate ceremonies, collaboration, communication, and conflict management

Facilitate continuous improvement and the development of a learning culture in team

Identify and remove any impediments/distractions that interfere with the team’s ability to deliver against their commitments

Foster team responsibility, self-accountability, transparency and self-organization

Ensure agile metrics are being tracked, monitor them for indications of potential problems, and assist team to implement solutions to those problems
