We are looking for a Systems Analyst to lead requirements analysis, solution design, and delivery support for Business Support Systems (BSS). The role will work closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure successful implementation of customer, billing, order management, and related business processes.
Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, integration, and non-functional requirements.
Define user stories, business rules, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Support BSS initiatives covering customer management, product management, order fulfillment, billing, collections, and customer care.
Work with business and technical teams to define system integrations, data flows, and interface requirements.
Support data migration, cutover planning, and go-live readiness activities.
Maintain requirements traceability and support SIT, UAT, and defect resolution.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and coordinate with vendors to ensure solution alignment.
Support operational readiness, hypercare activities, and continuous process improvement.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
Experience in Telecommunications, OSS/BSS, Digital Transformation, or large-scale system implementation projects is preferred.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments.
Must Have:
Strong experience in Systems Analysis or Business Analysis for enterprise applications.
Experience with BSS platforms covering Customer, Order Management, Billing, and Collections.
Experience creating BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and requirements documentation.
Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, data mapping, and data migration.
Experience supporting SIT, UAT, deployment, and production support activities.
Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and vendor coordination skills.
