The Software Development Engineer will design and develop scalable applications while ensuring code quality through testing, code reviews, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and enhance applications within an Agile/Scrum team
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
Develop and maintain unit and automated test suites
Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle
Refactor and optimize code for performance and maintainability
Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis
Maintain technical documentation and contribute to best practices
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision in a team environment
Must Have:
1–3 years experience in software development (Agile/Scrum)
Proficiency in at least one language (Java, JavaScript, Python)
Experience in unit testing and automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress)
Knowledge of API testing and backend validation
Familiarity with CI/CD and version control (Git)
