The Senior RPA Developer will analyze business processes, design automation solutions, and develop enterprise‑grade robotic process automations using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate.
Responsibilities:
Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities
Design and develop RPA solutions using UiPath and Power Automate
Build and maintain automations following REFramework and best practices
Test, deploy, monitor, and support production automations
Troubleshoot issues and implement preventive fixes for recurring incidents
Produce and maintain PDD/SDD and other technical documentation
Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor junior developers
Must have:
5+ years of experience in software development, automation, or RPA
At least 4 years of hands‑on UiPath RPA development experience
Strong expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, and enterprise automation patterns
Experience designing automations using Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop)
Solid understanding of exception handling, data manipulation, and workflow design
Experience creating PDD and SDD documentation
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
