We are looking for a Product Owner to drive the strategy, development, and delivery of digital products and customer experiences. The role will work closely with business stakeholders, designers, and development teams to deliver innovative solutions that create measurable business value.
Responsibilities:
Define and manage the product roadmap and backlog.
Gather and prioritize business and customer requirements.
Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
Work closely with Agile teams to ensure successful delivery.
Monitor product performance and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with business, technology, and operations teams to align product goals.
Support UAT, release planning, and go-live activities.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Digital Transformation.
Experience in fintech, banking, e-wallet, or digital platforms is an advantage.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Must Have:
Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst.
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience managing digital products, mobile apps, or customer-facing platforms.
Strong stakeholder management and requirements-gathering skills.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
