The Network Administrator will ensure 24x7 availability, performance, and security of a global enterprise network across 5,000+ locations. The role supports daily operations, major incident escalation, and the deployment of network and security solutions in a complex, multi‑site environment.
Responsibilities:
Ensure 24x7 availability, performance, and security of enterprise network infrastructure
Monitor, operate, and support LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD‑WAN, and network security environments
Lead troubleshooting and act as an escalation point for major incident
Build, deploy, and maintain network and security solutions
Support infrastructure projects, upgrades, and new implementations
Produce operational reports and maintain network documentation
Perform lifecycle management, capacity planning, and continuous improvements
Collaborate with internal teams on network operations and enhancements
Must have:
3–7 years of network/infrastructure experience, with 3–5 years as a Network Administrator
Strong hands‑on experience with LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SD‑WAN
Advanced experience administering Palo Alto firewalls (security policies, NAT, VPNs, threat prevention, HA)
Solid background in Cisco routing and switching (CCNA required; CCNP preferred)
Strong expertise in routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and complex network troubleshooting
Experience with network security technologies (Palo Alto mandatory; Fortinet is a plus)
Working knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and IPAM (Infoblox preferred)
Proven ability to handle major incident escalation and 24x7 operational support
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with global stakeholders
