The Project Manager leads the end-to-end delivery of technology projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive successful and value-driven project outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Lead full project lifecycle from initiation to closure (planning, execution, deployment, and handover)
Develop project plans, timelines, and resource strategies
Manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests (RAID)
Drive project execution and ensure delivery within agreed scope, time, and budget
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, Infra, Business)
Provide regular status updates, reporting, and stakeholder communication
Ensure adherence to PMO standards, governance, and methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid)
Monitor project performance, quality, and delivery metrics
Manage stakeholder relationships, expectations, and escalations
Ensure proper documentation, project closure, and lessons learned
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to manage priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
Experience in Agile environments and project governance practices
Ability to maintain documentation, reporting, and project controls
Willingness to work on shifting schedules (day or mid/night shift)
Must Have:
3–7+ years experience in Project Management (IT projects)
Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall methodologies
Experience managing end-to-end project delivery
Strong skills in risk, issue, and stakeholder management
Experience using PM tools (Jira, MS Project, Confluence, Excel)
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple projects
Excellent communication and leadership skills
