The Business Intelligence (BI) Developer will develop and support BI solutions, data pipelines, and reports to ensure accurate, reliable, and actionable insights for business stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain BI reports, dashboards, and data solutions
Analyze, transform, and validate large datasets for reporting and analytics
Build and support data pipelines and integration processes (ETL/ELT)
Troubleshoot data issues, performance problems, and reporting discrepancies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions
Support production environments and continuous improvement initiatives
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Experience supporting BI / data production environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
Ability to troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis
Must Have:
Strong experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics
Proficiency in SQL and relational databases
Experience with Databricks, Python, or similar data platforms
Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) or ETL tools
Experience in BI tools (SAP BusinessObjects, Qlik, or similar)
Understanding of data modeling (dimensional modeling, star schema)
Experience in data analysis, transformation, and validation
