Vértere Prepares Its Technology Workforce for Agentic Software Development with Claude

October 8, 2026, 3:00 pm

Vértere is a Claude Partner Network member, strengthening our capabilities in agentic AI and the future of software development.

Vértere is preparing its consultants and engineers for the next evolution of AI-assisted software development, with training centered on agentic development using Anthropic’s Claude. With agentic tools such as Claude Code, engineers can define outcomes while agents help analyze codebases, propose solutions, write and test code, and iterate. The engineer remains in control, directing the work, reviewing the output, and owning the final result.

As a member of the Claude Partner Network, Vértere has access to Anthropic Academy learning resources and certification pathways that strengthen its internal training initiatives. These resources support Vértere’s goal of building deeper capabilities in Claude and agentic software development across its technology workforce.

The program

The training is hands-on, progressing from foundational concepts and Claude Code to multi-step agentic workflows and practical capstone exercises. Learning is tailored for developers, technical leads, QA professionals, and business analysts. Vértere consultants support clients across Banking and Finance, Distribution, Retail, Power and Energy, and Real Estate, where agentic development can support areas such as understanding existing codebases, modernization, testing, and technical documentation.

Built for regulated environments

Responsible use is central to the program. Client policies and security requirements come first, sensitive information must remain protected, and AI-generated work must be appropriately reviewed and validated by qualified professionals before being incorporated into production systems.

Agentic development is not about replacing good engineers, but expanding what they can do. As software development evolves, professionals will increasingly need to know how to direct, evaluate, and verify the work of AI agents. Vértere is building these capabilities within its workforce to help its consultants continue delivering value in an increasingly AI-enabled technology environment.
