We are looking for a Service Delivery Specialist to oversee service performance, SLA compliance, and operational excellence across infrastructure and end-user support services.
Responsibilities:
Monitor service delivery and SLA performance.
Coordinate across infrastructure, network, and support teams.
Manage incidents, escalations, and service reviews.
Prepare service reports and governance updates.
Drive continuous service improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
At least 3 years of service delivery experience.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Must Have:
Experience in IT Service Delivery or Operations.
Knowledge of ITSM and ITIL processes.
Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
Experience managing KPIs and SLAs.
