We are looking for a Solutions Analyst to drive solution analysis, requirements definition, and delivery support for Business Support Systems (BSS). The role will bridge business and technology teams to ensure successful implementation of customer, billing, order management, collections, and related business solutions.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and document business, functional, integration, and non-functional requirements.
Define user stories, business rules, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Design end-to-end solutions across Customer, Product, Order Management, Billing, Collections, and Customer Care domains.
Collaborate with business, architecture, development, and vendor teams to ensure solution alignment.
Define integration requirements, data mappings, and system interfaces.
Support data migration, cutover planning, testing, and go-live readiness activities.
Maintain requirements traceability and support SIT, UAT, and defect resolution.
Provide solution recommendations, risk assessments, and executive status updates.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in Solution Analysis, Systems Analysis, or similar roles.
Experience in Telecommunications, OSS/BSS, Digital Transformation, or large-scale system implementation projects is preferred.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
Must Have:
Strong experience in Solution Analysis, Systems Analysis, or Business Analysis.
Knowledge of BSS domains including Customer Management, Order Management, Billing, and Collections.
Experience creating solution requirements, functional specifications, and process documentation.
Understanding of system integrations, APIs, data migration, and enterprise applications.
Experience supporting SIT, UAT, deployment, and hypercare activities.
Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
