We are looking for a Production Support Analyst to provide Level 1 application support, monitor system performance, resolve incidents, and ensure smooth day-to-day production operations. The role will work closely with business users, vendors, and technical teams to maintain application stability and service availability.
Responsibilities:
Provide Level 1 support for business-critical applications.
Monitor system health and perform operational checks.
Investigate and resolve incidents, service requests, and user issues.
Perform user access administration and data extraction requests.
Support release activities, deployments, and change implementations.
Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution and service delivery.
Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of IT support or application support experience.
Experience in financial services or insurance is an advantage.
Knowledge of AS/400, COBOL, DXC Assure, or insurance platforms is a plus.
Must Have:
Production support or application support experience.
Knowledge of AWS, SQL Server, REST APIs, and application monitoring.
Experience handling incidents, service requests, and user access management.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
