The Full-Stack Developer will build, enhance, and maintain secure and scalable digital applications using the MERN stack. The role will collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams throughout development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain front-end and back-end application features.
Build and integrate REST APIs and external services.
Troubleshoot defects and deliver application enhancements.
Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
Follow Agile, CI/CD, security, and coding standards.
Work closely with the Technical Lead, QA, Product, and Business Analysts.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork skills
Experience with Azure, React Native, banking, fintech, or digital platforms is an advantage
Must Have:
At least 3 years of full-stack development experience
Hands-on experience with: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js
Strong JavaScript and REST API development experience
Knowledge of Git, Agile/Scrum, and CI/CD
Understanding of authentication, authorization, and secure coding
