Calculation Application Support Engineer provides Level 3 support, deployment, and continuous improvement of global calculation systems, ensuring system performance and availability.
Responsibilities:
Provide Level 3 support and resolve system issues
Perform setup, testing, and deployments
Support upgrades and new implementations
Configure and onboard new environments
Conduct user training and develop support tools
Collaborate with global teams on system improvements
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related
Knowledge of ITIL or support processes
Experience with AWS or cloud (preferred)
Familiarity with XML and MS SQL Server
Detail-oriented, proactive, and team player
Must Have:
3+ years in IT/application support or system analysis
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Experience in SQL and database concepts
Knowledge of Windows Server and IIS
Familiar with web/client-server architecture
Good English communication skills
Willing for on-call support
