The SAP SD Functional Analyst will provide L2/L3 support for SAP SD applications by analyzing incidents, enhancing system functionality, and ensuring efficient resolution of business-critical issues.
Responsibilities:
Provide L2/L3 support for SAP SD & LE modules
Analyze and resolve application issues and incidents
Gather and document business requirements through workshops
Configure, customize, and test SAP SD solutions
Perform root cause analysis and identify workarounds or enhancements
Debug ABAP code and support technical troubleshooting
Coordinate with L1 teams and stakeholders for issue resolution
Ensure high-quality customer support and timely delivery
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
Experience in incident management and application support (L2/L3)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment
Strong customer service orientation
Must Have:
5+ years experience in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)
Experience with SAP LE and/or MM modules
Familiarity with SAP ECC or AFS environments
Experience in ABAP debugging and configuration
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
