The SAP C4C Functional Consultant will support and enhance SAP C4C solutions by acting as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring efficient, reliable, and user-centric CRM processes.
Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements through workshops
Translate requirements into functional specifications and system configurations
Design, configure, and test SAP C4C solutions
Handle incidents, enhancements, and change requests
Perform root cause analysis and provide solutions/workarounds
Support integrations via APIs and coordinate with technical teams
Ensure data quality, consistency, and system reliability
Maintain documentation (designs, test cases, UAT results)
Provide user support and conduct training sessions
Identify process improvements and automation opportunities
Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge transfer
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
Ability to work in AMS / support environments (SLA-driven)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Must Have:
2–3+ years experience in SAP C4C / CRM functional consulting
Strong knowledge of SAP C4C (Sales and Service) or CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
Experience in system configuration and functional design
Understanding of API integrations and data flows
Experience in incident and change management
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
