The Application Support Engineer (L3 / Deployment) will provide Level 3 application support and manage deployment of enterprise applications, ensuring reliable system performance and timely resolution of complex issues across environments.
Responsibilities:
Deploy and configure applications across production and non-production environments
Analyze and resolve complex deployment and system issues
Provide Level 3 support and perform root cause analysis
Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams for issue resolution
Support incident, problem, and change management processes
Maintain documentation and improve deployment procedures
Manage user access and system configurations
Monitor systems and ensure service quality and SLA compliance
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Experience supporting multiple applications and environments
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
Willingness to work on mid-shift / shifting schedules
Customer-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
Must Have:
3+ years experience in Application Support / Deployment / Development
Strong experience in incident, problem, and change management
Hands-on experience with Windows Server and IIS
Strong knowledge of SQL (MS SQL, queries)
Experience with PowerShell scripting
Familiarity with Azure DevOps / TFS
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
