The Application Support Analyst (L2 / SAP) will provide application support by analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving system issues, ensuring timely resolution and service quality aligned with SLAs.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and resolve application issues related to SAP transactions and systems
Handle ticket classification, prioritization, and resolution within SLA
Perform incident investigation and root cause analysis
Escalate complex issues to higher support levels when needed
Monitor system performance and ensure timely issue resolution
Maintain and update knowledge base and documentation
Support problem and change management processes
Coordinate with stakeholders and provide status updates
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Experience supporting business applications and users
Customer-oriented mindset with good communication skills
Ability to work in a 24/7 shifting schedule (including weekends/holidays)
Capability to work under pressure and minimal supervision
Must Have:
2+ years experience in Application Support / L2 Support
Strong knowledge of Incident, Problem, and Change Management
Experience with SAP transactions and tables
Familiarity with ticketing systems
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
