Job Description

Business Process Analysts are responsible for creating process documentation workflows, knowledge articles, and policies and guidelines for the customer service processes.

Responsibilities:

Support in the crafting of new policies and/or update of existing policies related to Customer Service processes.

Support in process design/mapping of new customer service processes and/or review of existing CS processes.

Development of Guidelines & Procedures and crafting of Work Procedures Manual.

Document business requirements and requirements elicitation.

Review of user requirements and test scenarios.

Conduct and validate user acceptance testing and other testing activities and results.

Conduct Privacy Impact Assessment.

Monitoring, generation and analysis of reports.

Provision of assistance to address process and system related concerns.

Must have:

At least 3 years of experience in business process analysis.

With knowledge and experience in business analysis, process management and data analytics.

Job Requirements
