An Active Directory Specialist will lead the design, implementation, and support of enterprise-level Active Directory environments.The ideal candidate will ensure secure, scalable, and compliant AD operations across global environments.
Responsibilities:
Design, support, and maintain AD forests, domains, and trust relationships.
Manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs), authentication protocols (Kerberos, NTLM, LDAP), and secure SSO implementations.
Lead AD hardening, monitoring, and auditing activities.
Implement AD backup and disaster recovery strategies using tools like Semperis, Veeam, and Azure Backup.
Automate AD tasks using PowerShell and manage hybrid identity setups with Azure AD Connect.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and support audit readiness.
Utilize tools such as ADUC, RSAT, Azure AD, ADFS, Quest, and SailPoint.
Provide senior-level support and escalation for AD-related issues globally.
Must have:
Deep hands-on experience in Active Directory (AD2012/2016) and domain management.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Azure AD, and ADFS in hybrid environments.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation tools.
Experience with backup and disaster recovery tools (e.g., Veeam, Semperis).
Familiarity with security hardening, GPO management, and authentication protocols.
Job Requirements

Willingness to work on night shift and support global operations.
