IT Business Analysts help connect IT staff with company leadership, interpreting the stakeholders' business goals into specific deliverables, then overseeing their technical development.
Responsibilities:
Gather business requirements from stakeholders and process owners.
Analyze and document business requirements and functional specifications and design.
Manage the change process.
Coordinate with the project team during the software development process.
Review or create documents related to testing when needed.
Perform ad hoc testing when needed.
Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT).
Provide post-implementation review and support.
Must have:
At least 3 years of experience in Business Analysis.
Excellent Communication Skills.
Experience in the banking industry is an advantage.
Job Requirements
Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any IT-related course.
Willingness to report onsite.
