The IT Product Specialist willsupport data-related programs and product initiatives. The role will work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and external partners to help manage product requirements, documentation, coordination, and delivery.
Responsibilities:
Support IT product management activities, including requirements gathering, prioritization, stakeholder coordination, and product delivery.
Work on data programs or data-related initiatives.
Coordinate with technical teams, business users, vendors, and external partners.
Prepare and maintain product documentation such as business requirements, user stories, process flows, and other project artifacts.
Assist in creating visual documentation, infographics, and presentations using AI tools.
Help ensure product activities are aligned with business needs and delivery timelines.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field
Experience as an IT Product Specialist, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role
Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with business users, technical teams, vendors, and external partners
Background in financial services, data platforms, or technology-driven environments is an advantage
Must Have:
Experience in data programs or data-related initiatives
Strong technical aptitude and ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders
Experience in vendor engagement and coordination
Strong documentation skills in business requirements, product documentation, user stories, process flows, and project artifacts
Proficiency in using AI tools for infographics, presentations, and visual documentation
Good understanding of IT Product Management, including product lifecycle, requirements gathering, prioritization, stakeholder management, and delivery
